The Invasion of the Firkins

Like cask-conditioned ale? Then get thyself to Northeast Philly’s Grey Lodge Pub this Friday for their Friday the Firkinteenth celebration. Starting at noon and running all day and night (well, until they run out of beer), they’ll tap seven firkins at a time, with as many as 30 different beers representing, from Dock Street’s Rye IPA to Nodding Head’s Anomaly to Sly Fox’s Chester County Bitter. There’s no admission. You just pay for what you drink. I’ll see you there.
