Di Bruno Summer Events
This summer sees lots of good events coming Upstairs at Di Bruno Brothers.
Di Brunoâ€™s cheese monger, Hunter Fike and Jason Hinds, of Nealâ€™s Yard Dairy, in England, will put together the first all English beer and cheese night at Di Bruno’s. It promises to be an educational culinary evening that will sell out fast. The event runs from 6 to 8 PM. $50 per person gets you in.

Winebow Summer Wines and Di Bruno Bros. Cheeses

Selection of white and rose wines from Winebowâ€™s illustrious portfolio with an array of local tree fruits, berries, and vegetables supplied by the Fair Food Project. This informative and educational classroom session will feature nine wines accompanied with fresh dishes from Di Bruno kitchen. There will also be a variety of summer chevres and pecorinos. A Di Bruno Bros. cheese specialist and expert from Winebow, along with the Director of Fair Food will be discussing these wonderful products and the advantage of buying locally.
Brooklyn Brewery & Garrett Oliver

Join Garrett Oliver writer of the â€œThe Brewmasterâ€™s Tableâ€ and brew master from Brooklyn Brewery. He will be joined by one of Di Bruno’s cheese mongers as they discuss their trade and their passion. There will be six of the Breweryâ€™s best beers along with cheeses chosen to complement them.
