Cinco de Mayo

Cinco de Mayo, where everyone is a bit Mexican. It seems every bar are restaurant is doing something for the Spanish holiday, here are a few highlights.

Barristers Bar & Grille – Barristers will be celebrating Cinco de Mayo all day long with discounted Mexican beers and Margaritas as well as specials on taco plates and nachos.

Cantina Los Caballitos – Pitchers of margaritas will be $5 off all day and night. Specials of a can of Tecate and a shot of Sauza Gold for $4. Mariachi band starts at 2 PM and plays until 8. There will also be a Cinco de Mayo trivia contest with a chance to win gift certificates to the Cantina and the Royal Tavern.

Grocery – Make your own margaritas at home with the mixes from Lolita, on sale at the Grocery at 13thand Chestnut.

Rum Bar – Patron and Corona specials all day starting at 11 AM.

Xochitl – $5 margaritas in the lounge after 10 PM.
