DiBruno Brothers announces 2007 Beer and Wine Events

DiBruno Brothers is always looking for ways to introduce customers to their delicious cheeses and other products. And what better way to do that than through wine and beer tasting. In 2007 they will be partnering with the Wine School of Philadelphia for monthly Wednesday tasting. Additionally there will monthly beer and cheese tasting on Friday evenings.

Wednesday, January 10th will be offering “Wine and Cheese From Around The World – classic selection of wine and cheese pairings from around the World.”

Friday, January 12th – will be a tasting of Sly Fox Beer and perfectly matched cheeses. Learn about the brewing process from the Sly Fox representative A Di Bruno’s cheese specialist will describe the cheese selections & the pairing process.

Friday, February 9 – Rogue Brewery will offer tastes of their unusual and excellent beers handcrafted in Oregon. This promises to be an impressive list of big dark beers and big cheeses.

Wednesday, February 14 – Special Valentine’s Day wine tasting for two. From Champagne to Sauternes and from caviar to chocolate; this is the only way for a gourmet to spend Valentines Day.

Wednesday, March 14 – Wine and Cheeses from Italy. Italian wine and cheese lovers unite! Doing what we do best…. perfectly paired by our cheese specialists and the experts at the Wine School.
