Dr. Harshil Boghara founded Smile Culture Dental in 2015 with a strong passion to create a dental experience that would help change the stigma of receiving dental care. Today, Smile Culture is much bigger than when is started, but the mission has not changed. With five locations, 15 specialists and thousands and thousands of five-star reviews, the Smile Culture team sticks to their simple and straightforward mantra: "Kind. Comfortable. Transparent."
After many years in the industry, Dr. Boghara has a short set of rules that he employs as provider, owner and clinical director: hire competent, caring people, be the best mentor, continue learning, conscientiously apply your knowledge and treat your patients how you wish your parents got treated in someone else’s chair.
As a cosmetic dentist, his treatment philosophy is similarly uncomplicated. It is not just the advanced cosmetic training, but the patient-doctor relationship that will deliver a successful cosmetic case. It is easy to create "perfect" teeth, but it is far more difficult to create a smile that is aesthetically harmonious with one's overall appearance and personality. Dr. Boghara puts great emphasis on getting to know the patient in order to create a smile that is natural and individual.
Dr. Boghara graduated Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry in 2013 and is a current member of the International Association of Facial Aesthetics, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Boghara has advanced training in the field of cosmetic dentistry, including the use of Botox and fillers and dental implantology. He has served as an adjunct professor of dentistry at Temple University and oversees the continuing education and advanced clinical training for the Smile Culture doctors. He is in the process of completing a fellowship at the International Congress of Oral Implantology to further help deliver the best possible care for all his patients.

What's your background, education and training?

Dr. Boghara is trained and certified in multiple areas of dentistry. He graduated from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. In addition, he pursued advanced training in aesthetic procedures, porcelain veneers, and dental implants. He has served as an adjunct professor of dentistry at Temple University and oversees the continuing education and advanced clinical training for Smile Culture dentists. His ongoing continuing education includes:

● Completed all three levels of Aesthetic Advantage

● Completed all three levels of Clinical Mastery Series Program

● Completed the Dental Implant Continuum
