WATCH: Donald Trump Ribs Chris Christie With Oreos Joke

Last night, Donald Trump held held a $200-a-head fundraiser for Chris Christie in New Jersey. Yes, the New Jersey governor has long-since dropped out of the race and endorsed Trump, but the fundraiser was to pay off Christie’s campaign debt.

Trump said his appearance did indeed wipe out all of the debt from Christie’s doomed campaign, but who knows.

The highlights of Trump’s speech: He said anyone who said the EgyptAir crash was not terrorism was “100 percent wrong,” he specified that he wanted to build a “real wall” along the border with Mexico (as opposed to an emotional one) and he made fun of Christie for being fat.

Kind of! Check the video above, where Trump re-iterates his campaign promise (!) that he’s never eating Oreos again. This was in response to the downsizing of a plant in Chicago that made Oreos and other cookies.

Philadelphia’s Far Northeast Philly Nabisco building suffered an even worse fate when Mondelēz International closed the plant, which is slated for demolition. While Mondelēz still operates some plants in the United States, it has outsourced jobs to Mexico.

To Donald Trump, this means: “I’m never eating Oreos again” — actually, one of his best stump speech lines, and one he’s repeated consistently. Yesterday, he got to mock Chris Christie’s weight with it! Hopefully, this will be a continued theme of the Trump campaign.
