Francisco Garcia makes only two things in his micro-distillery: a white corn whiskey, and something he calls Papa Juan, a take on the traditional Dominican Mama Juana, made with infused single-malt whiskey and honey. Getting your hands on one of these bottles might take a little planning and forethought (this is supposedly the smallest commercial distillery in America), but it’s worth it.
