While the weather this winter has been particularly horrible (bomb cyclone, we’re looking at you), there’s only one way to combat the chill: indoor classes that work you hard and warm you up.

This is why Three Queens Yoga’s new free yoga series is particularly good timing. Every Monday night, starting January 15 through March 19, you’ll be able to hit up Hotel Monaco for an hour and fifteen minute flow. The classes will be taught by Three Queens owner Mariel Freeman, and they’ll be accompanied by the beats of a live deejay, DJ Sylo. And once you’ve finished the workout, you can head to Red Owl Tavern, where post-class drink and snack specials will await you. Because what’s a workout without snacks, am I right?

Space is limited, so you’ll wanted to register for the free session on Three Queens Yoga website as the date of the first class approaches. The classes are scheduled for 6 to 7:15 p.m. every Monday, so go ahead and mark your calendars from now through March. Then just grab your yoga mat, and get ready to end your Mondays with some savasana.
