After running your little heart out for 10 miles down Broad Street, you deserve some snacks and sweet hangs. And the folks at Philadelphia Runner have your back: Once again, they’re hosting their annual Broad Street Run Tailgate in FDR Park, complete with Shake Shack food and Yards beer for all.

Starting around 9 a.m., the tailgate opens up to runners and friends and family of runners at the boat house at FDR Park. Just like in years past, Yards Brewing Company will be slinging local brews and Shake Shack will be serving up their infamous hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches (because what is a tailgate without hot dogs, really?). A new addition to the snack lineup for this year is Sweetgreen — they’ll be offering a limited number of lighter options for the crowd.

Once you shovel some food down your throat and wash it down with beer, we’re sure you’ll be feeling a bit more loose, but to help you loosen up a little bit more, Phila Massages Rittenhouse will be offering a short recovery yoga session and complimentary massages because, well, you deserve it!

While this event is totally free, you do need to pick up tickets; you can grab ’em at any Philadelphia Runner location (you can find them all here) between now and Saturday, May 6th. You can find more details about the shindig here, including how to actually navigate your wobbly legs to FDR Park after the race.
