Don’t you love it when you admit to your couch-potato ways like, “MAN, I have been mimicking the behavior of a person recovering from inpatient surgery for a minute now,” and then, the second you realize just how immobile you’ve been lately, a gift from the fitness gods drops into your lap? Well, what I’m about to tell you guys is a true gift from the fitness gods. Or from the Yelp gods. Either way, it’s a gift.

Here’s the deal: From May 1st through May 25th, Yelp Philadelphia is putting on their Yelp Fit Club series, a month’s worth of free fitness classes and healthy-eating events, from a sweat session at Unite Fitness to free Zahav bowls from Sweetgreen to a spin class at Body Cycle Studio to a HIIT dance class and more. And I repeat: It’s all free to get in on. I told you: It’s a gift.

All you have to do to get in on the fitness classes and healthy eats is RSVP via the links here (space is limited for some events, and priority will be given to folks with real names and photos on their Yelp profiles, so maybe get on that; certain events also require you to check in using the app), and they’ll send you a confirmation email, or a waitlist email if the event is full. A good chunk of the workouts at studios around town are during the day, but luckily, some of them land in a timeframe that could count as your lunch break. You can see the full lineup here.
