New Fitness Class for Moms and Babies at Lloyd Hall
Local trainer Anne Marie Everhart just launched a new boot-camp-like fitness class for moms and babies. The Baby Bounce Back class (I love that name; reminds me of this classic) includes high-intensity cardio drills, strength training and flexibility work—all with baby in tow. It’s designed for moms with up to two stroller-age kids, or moms-to-be who want to work on pre-delivery fitness.
The 55-minute class meets every Tuesday and Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. in front of Lloyd Hall on Boathouse Row. Your first class is free, but after that it’s $15 per class or $60 for a five-class pack. No preregistration is needed; just show up to join the fun. More info is here.
