This Grays Ferry space, long known only as "The Yellow Bar," has been reborn as, well, the Yello'bar, a name chosen after much debate among those who followed on PhillyBlog every step of the resurrection. The result is more restaurant than bar, with upholstered stools and a single TV tucked away in the corner. The focus is on casual dining with a these-are-your-neighbors (and, early in the evening, their kids) vibe. The lengthy pub menu — everything from burgers to seared duck breast, with a few token Irish offerings — can be overly ambitious for the new kitchen, but the under-$12 prices are a steal.
