The Bynum brothers’ blues club Warmdaddy’s, formerly on Front Street, has settled into its new home on South Columbus Boulevard (next door to the movie theater). The 100-seat dining room is designed to make the live music the focus, but fried fans also come for the down-home menu. Look for the sultry Southern cocktails like the SoCo- and Jim Beam-spiked lemonade known as the Daddy Long Leggs and the from-Mama’s-kitchen red velvet cake.
