As I’ve mentioned before, I am all about the group workout class, and so meh on the gym and things like, you know, running. And I think that especially at a time in your life when you definitely do not want to get bored with working out—since, as we know, that is perhaps the number-one killer of workout motivation—classes are so the way to go.
