The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating a sexual assault that’s alleged to have occurred inside a Rittenhouse hotel on Saturday morning around 1 a.m.

Investigators say that the 22-year-old victim had been at the Coda nightclub at 1712 Walnut Street where she met two men. According to police, the woman invited them back to her hotel room at the Warwick Hotel on 17th Street, just around the corner from the club.

The victim told police that she blacked out and that when she awoke, one of the men was sexually assaulting her. The suspect is described as an approximately 20-year-old black male, 5′ 10″ tall, 170 to 180 pounds, with a medium complexion, no facial hair, and short, dark hair. According to police, the man was known to the woman only as “Chayenne.”
