AP reports that Carl Icahn, who is acquiring the Trump Taj Mahal Casino in Atlantic City, has struck a deal to keep Donald Trump’s name affixed to the property. Trump and his daughter, Ivanka, had sued to remove “Trump” from the casino’s name as it slid to near-closure during the last year.

Trump does not control the casino, but he has a 10 percent stake in it. Monday’s agreement also requires the shuttered Trump Plaza to remove “all vestiges” of the trump name from that property.

“I am happy to have reached a deal with Carl, someone who I have great respect for both personally and professionally,” Trump said in a release. “The Trump Taj Mahal, under the right leadership and with the proposed significant reinvestment in the property, can be, once again, a wonderful place for travel and entertainment.”
