The 10 Most Expensive Neighborhoods in Philly

Inspired in part by this magazine’s recent neighborhood rankings, Philly real estate analysis startup Kwelia has ranked the priciest Philadelphia neighborhoods in the rental market by average square foot price. Using May data, they found that Fitler Square, with its $2.41/ft rate, took home top honors. (The redder the ‘hood, the more expensive the ‘hood.)
