Ron Rubin Stepping Down as PREIT Chief

Ron Rubin—the man responsible for building every mall ever (see Cherry Hill, Willow Grove, Plymouth Meeting and Moorestown)—will be stepping aside as the chief executive of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Rubin will vacate the post in June and will be replaced by 60-year-old Joseph F. Coradino. [Inquirer]
