Feds Raid Home of Congressman Fattah’s Son

The FBI raided “Chip” Fattah’s place in the Residences at the Ritz Carlton today. Chaka “Chip” Fattah Jr. is the 29-year-old son of Congressman Chaka Fattah. He is the owner of a consulting company, 259 Strategies, that has done a bunch of work with Delaware Valley High School—a for-profit company that educates kids with discipline problems. Delaware Valley High School’s president David T. Shulick had his law offices at Logan Circle raided today as well. Agents allegedly told Shulick that he and Delaware Valley High School were not targets of the investigation. Shulick indicated he believes the investigation is focused on Fattah. [Inquirer]
