Spotted: Korean Fried Chicken in Fishtown

A tipster to Foobooz spotted this sign for Andy’s Chicken at the corner of Norris and Memphis Streets. The former Momentos Pizza is now promising Korean style fried chicken. A phone call to the number listed on the sign went unanswered.
