Collaboration is the Name of the Game

More and more we’re seeing chefs collaborating on dinners. Coming up is a Jim Burke, Chip Roman James/Blackfish dinner at James on September 29th and Louisville, Kentucky’s Edward Lee is pairing up with Supper’s Mitch Prensky on August 31st for a “Southern Hospitality” dinner (Note: the Metro column says it is next Tuesday but the date changed due to a scheduling conflict).

Check out both menus after the jump.
