Jose Garces Wins James Beard Award

Third time is the charm for Jose Garces as he wins the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.

The James Beard Awards are the culinary equivalent of the Academy Awards and a pretty big deal. So congratulations to the chef of Amada, Tinto, Distrito and Chifa and thanks for all those great places to eat.
