More Pink Beer: Yards Releases Pink Raspberry Beer for Breast Cancer Month

I never imagined I’d be writing a post to update an earlier post about, of all things, pink beer, but here we are, folks. Yards is the latest local brewer to get in on the pink-beer-for-a-cause game with its just-released raspberry tart ale called PYNK.

Like the Saison de Rose from Bucks County’s Free Will Brewing Co., a dollar from the sale of each case of pink Yards beer will go to support breast cancer research. Funds from the Yards beer will go to the Tyanna Foundation, while Free Will’s goes to Penn Medicine’s Rena Rowen Breast Cancer Center.

You’ll find PYNK at all beer distributors in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. And on Friday at 7 p.m., head to the Yards Tasting Room (901 North Delaware Avenue), where you’ll be able to try the beer as well as PYNK-flavored ice cream from Little Baby’s. It’s $10 at the door, with proceeds going to the Tyanna Foundation and Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania.
