To Do: Yoga for Kids in New Hope

Kids need a little time to relax, too.

Because yogi moms and dads shouldn’t have all the fun, Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve in New Hope is hosting a yoga class just for kids. On Friday, November 9th, yoga instructors from the Solebury Club will teach children how to be balanced, calm, and present through creativity and laughter. Yoga for Kids uses storytelling and games to provide children with an awareness of their bodies, how they move and how to be still. For more info or to sign up, go here. Pre-registration required by November 7th.

$10 for Preserve members, $14 for nonmembers, November 9 at 11:15 a.m. until noon, Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve, 1635 River Road, New Hope.
