We’ve traced this trend back to about a year ago, when Collingswood instructor Carrie Sarlo-Randazzo kicked off a party for a preggers pal with gentle, non-twisting- vinyasa. Now she regularly leads group hatha sessions customized to the mom-to-be’s stage of pregnancy. “It sets a happy, relaxed tone for the rest of the party,” she says.
