What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Once you’ve toured our venue and secured your date, you’ll be invited to attend a tasting to select your wedding-day menu. About six months before your celebration, we’ll meet to plan your menu in detail, begin your floor plan, choose linen colors, explore design elements, and go over any questions you may have.
Two weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet again to finalize every detail. You’ll be introduced to your day-of coordinator, and together we’ll confirm your floor plan, build your timeline, review your vendors, and discuss how you’d like your décor arranged.
Throughout the entire planning process, our team is always available for questions or additional meetings as needed. Our goal is to make everything feel seamless, supported, and stress-free from start to finish.
