When Dr. Jackie Lyons joined Cross Medical Group in 2022, she fell into step seamlessly alongside Dr. Kevin Cross. Her refreshing perspective as a female plastic surgeon and mother complemented Dr. Cross’ patient approach—those who come to CMG for cosmetic surgery are valued as individuals.

“My children don’t see me as a plastic surgeon. I’m Mom. I don’t see myself as ‘just a surgeon,’” explains Dr. Lyons. “Likewise, I don’t see my patients as ‘just patients’. They are people with stories, experiences and personal aesthetic goals.”

As someone who balances raising a family with her passion for cosmetic surgery, Dr. Lyons combines her extensive surgical knowledge and skill with the ability to deeply empathize with her patients in a way that others cannot. She understands both the physical and emotional changes that occur not only with age, but also after childbearing and breastfeeding.

“There are just some things that are easier to talk about woman-to-woman. This is such a unique field. Consultations not only frequently focus on intimate parts of the body, but on areas around which a patient is most self-conscious.”

Specializing in breast surgery, body contouring, labiaplasty and both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, Dr. Lyons is available to see patients at Cross Medical Group’s Philadelphia and Villanova offices.
