For months now, people have been speculating about the disintegration of the Big East conference after Pittsburgh and Syracuse announced they were leaving for more financially lucrative greener pastures. Temple has been one of the schools tossed around in conversations about schools that might be added to the Big East to keep the conference from dying out.
