Phillies ace Roy Halladay has officially been named the starting pitcher for the National League team in Tuesday’s All-Star game. Halladay leads the National League in innings pitched and is 11-3 with a 2.45 ERA. Fellow Phillie Cliff Lee is also likely to pitch in Tuesday’s game.
