Officers allegedly sold drugs at fitness centers and online
U.S. Attorney Zane David Memeger announced that three members of the PPD—detective Keith Gidelson and officers Joseph McIntyre and George Sambuca—are being charged with conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids. Gidelson and his wife allegedly met customers at fitness centers to distribute the drugs. Gidelson also allegedly sold the steroids through online weight-lifting chat rooms. (Chat rooms?
