Q: We’re running out of the green stuff and looking for a way to cut costs. Would it be OK to set up a cash bar at the reception?

A: Absolutely not. “People who come to your wedding are honored guests,” says Tuesdi Kelly, owner of Soirée, Etc. in Wilmington. “They shouldn’t have to pay for anything.”
