It’s the weekend, and you have that most irresistible of fair-weather urges: to barbecue. For a mere $350, Barclay Prime will provide you and five of your friends with a carnivore’s feast: Indian Ridge filets from Colorado, New York strips from Pennsylvania’s Four Story Hill Farm, and the revered — and otherwise unavailable in Philadelphia — dry-aged rib eyes from Manhattan’s Gachot & Gachot (pictured), boxed in a cooler and ready for your coals with 24 hours’ notice. Barclay “Grilling Packages to Go” that don’t include quite so much meat start at $150, and all contain Barclay’s to-die-for creamed spinach, whipped potatoes, shrimp and scallop kabobs, and a seasonal fruit pie. Should you lack a proper grill, executive chef Jim Locascio will bring dinner for 10, a new Viking Premium, and a bill for $7,500. The bragging rights and grill are yours to keep.
