What is your typical process for working with a new client?

When engaging with new clients, we individualize our approach to follow the clients vision. Our goal is to help our clients create the living environment they envision and to elevate that vision to the next level.

Danica is immensely talented and truly a pleasure to work with. We started collaborating on the project prior to finalizing the architectural drawings which turned out to be a blessing as she made some wonderful modifications to the plans (e.g. shifting a powder room to a different location and adding a water closet). She was very accommodating as may of the selections (e.g. stone, countertops, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring) were sourced from vendors in Lancaster County and she made time to visit those showrooms with me. The modern/rustic motif she envisioned came together beautifully as evidenced by the jaw-dropping compliments from all who attended the housewarming party - especially the eye-popping LED backlit Cristallo kitchen island countertop!/ "I purchased an older row home in Philadelphia that had lovely details but was also dark and at first felt like it was too old and too much. Danica turned the house into something light, lively, comfortable and fun.
