Get Your Tickets: Summer Dinners at Vetri
The Vetri Family is hosting several summer dinner events, and if a little education (and a lot of good food) sounds ideal to you, then there’s probably something here that you’ll want to check out.
The dinners will happen once a week throughout July, each night following a distinct theme. Peruse the list below and decide on your favorite. Not sure there’s actually a bad choice here…
This Thursday, July 9th join chef Justin Bogle for a tale of American Cuisine. It seems odd for Bogle, ex of Avance, and current corporate executive chef for the Garces Group, to be standing a shift at a Vetri restaurant, but hey, the weirder the better, right? We’re intrigued, anyway. Dinner will be six courses of the chef’s signature dishes and new creations. Also included is a bread course by Vetri’s baker Claire McWilliams. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm and you can buy your tickets here.
Up next we have “Cold Victory on a Hot Summer’s Eve Beer Dinner” on Tuesday, July 14th. Bill Covaleski of Victory Brewing Co will craft pairings for the meal. This one also begins at 6:30- get your tickets here.
In another Garces team-up, on Thursday, July 23rd you can enjoy a “Summer of Sauvignon Blanc.” The multi-course dinner by Vetri chef Matt Buehler will feature pairings of, you guessed it, Sauvignon Blanc, by Sommelier and Wine Director at Volver, Gordana Kostovski. 6:30 pm start time still and yes, we have the link to tickets here.
If those aren’t doing it for you, we’ll give it one more shot with this “Night in Campania” on Friday, July 31st. Dinner will explore the charming region in southwestern Italy and its wines. Starts at 6:30 pm, tickets here.
