Parc Readies for Fall

Parc has rolled out some menu changes for fall including a new Wednesday Plat du Jour.

Appetizers

  • Lentil Soup
  • Chicken Liver Mousse Pickled radishes, grain mustard

Entrees

  • Skate Grenobloise (the new Wednesday Plat du Jour)
  • Roasted Cod Brandade cockles, tomatoes

Desserts

  • Pain d’Epice Maple-brown sugar ice cream, candied pecans
  • Pear Financier Semolina cake with poached pears and brown butter ice cream
