Local Contestent on Top Chef DC

Top Chef is heading to Washington DC for its latest season and Willingsboro, NJ native Kevin Sbraga is among the contestants. Sbraga is currently chef at Rat’s in Hamilton Township, NJ. He’s also served as Jose Garces‘ culinary director and won best meat dish at the 2008 US Bocuse D’Or.

He will have his work cut out for him if he wants to upstage Jennifer Carroll’s performance from last season.
