It’s German Quizzo at Brauhaus Schmitz as the kick off their Oktoberfest Week. There will be questions on beer, history, culture and famous Germans. Also worth noting is some seats remain to Tuesday night’s German beer dinner. $45 gets you four courses, each paired with a beer.

Also tonight, comedian Chip Chantry is performing his one-man show (with special guests) at the Khyber. The show starts at 8pm and comes highly recommended.

1^st course: Poached Salmon with Celery Root Salad and Pilsner Sabayon served with a 0 .4L Jever pilsner

2^nd Course: Duck Liver Pate en croute served with a 0.3L Aecht Schlenkerla Märzen

3^rd Course: Pan Roasted Pork Chop with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, and a Vitus Glaze served with 0.4L Weihenstephan Vitus

4^th Course: Cambazola Tart with Red Beet Compote served with 0.3L Leipziger Gose
