Philadelphia, Number 9 In Drunkest Cities

Philadelphia comes in at number 9 in the Forbes list of America’s Drunkest Cities. Is it just us or is Forbes really just a rag with reputation?
Well anyway, Forbes ranks us number nine. But proudly we can point out we’re number 4 and 5 in Heavy and Binge Drinkers respectively. But just 30th out of 35 in Alcoholism. Does that mean we know when to stop, or we’re in denial?
