Is Philadelphia magazine’s Design Home open every day?
No. Tours run October 15th through November 6th from 11 AM – 4 PM on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Design Home is closed Fridays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Where can I park?
There is plenty of on-street parking with meters/kiosks. There is also a garage next door at the Ritz Theater.
Is Philadelphia magazine’s Design Home a charity event?
Yes. Tickets are $25.00 each and 100% of ticket proceeds go to MANNA.

How can I get tickets to Philadelphia magazine’s Design Home tours?
Tickets sales will begin on August 1st. Please visit phillymag.com/designhome to purchase tickets. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door on tour days.
Will food be served at Philadelphia magazine’s Design Home
No.
Do you allow children at the event?
Yes. Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
Will there be tour guides?
No. However, volunteers will be stationed throughout the house to answer your questions.
Can I purchase items from Philadelphia magazine’s Design Home?
Yes. Many items will be available for purchase (but cannot be removed from the house until November 7th). You will be given a price list when you start the tour.
Can I take photographs of the home?
Yes. Photographs for personal use only are permitted.
