OPEN CALLING FOR THE NEXT DESIGN HOME DEVELOPER!

Philadelphia magazine is searching for the next Design Home project location!

2015 will mark our 14th Design Home project. With each project we travel to a new location and feature a different type of home from a sprawling suburban mansion to a spacious family home for entertaining. We are on the search for our 2015 project theme and project partners! If you are working on a project that meets the below criteria we want to know about it!

  • Located in the Philadelphia or Greater Philadelphia area (within 215 or 610)
  • Spec project (aka a homeowner cannot be involved)
  • Construction will be completed between April 2015 and October 2015.
