Though we still have a special place in our heart for the occasional Sack O’ Subs or White House hoagie on the beach, the flaky, overstuffed empanadas at this brand-new shop two blocks from the water have won our affection. And since they’re so much less messy than the aforementioned sandwiches, there’s more for your mouth and less for those nefarious seagulls.
