In its seven years in Fishtown, we’ve seen Kensington Quarters rebrand, reconceptualize, and redo everything. When it turned into a coastal restaurant with an excellent raw bar and a boundary-pushing kitchen, it finally grew into itself — a place where you can sit on a twinkly patio, munching on Peconic escargots and milk bread slathered with anchovy butter.
