Street Style: This Artist Owns The Coolest Cape Ever

Meet Bonnie. She's got tons of talent, a spot-on style sense (and a girl crush on Jenna Lyons).

Name: Bonnie

Where She Lives: South Kensington

Day Job: Printmaker and teaching artist for the Mural Arts Program

Where We Found Her: Buying prints at the 23rd Street Armory Clover Market.

Where She Shops: Vagabond, Art in the Age, Moon and Arrow, Verde.

What She’s Wearing: Jack Wills Claverham cape; Everlane tote; fingerless gloves from Vagabond; Frye boots; Warby Parker specs; earrings from The Clay Studio in Old City; Russian Red lipstick by M.A.C.

Sound Bite: “As an artist, I’m inspired by so many everyday elements—urban colors, textures and patterns. I have a secret crush on the ever-stylish Jenna Lyons, but don’t tell my husband. I’m much more interested in classic, well-made and versatile pieces rather than having a huge closet.  In fact, I have just come across a relatively new company called Cuyana that promotes a ‘Lean Closet Movement.’  I love that.”

Psst: See Bonnie’s work right here!
