We’re Pretty Excited About the Affordable New Self Portrait Bridal Collection
I have died about a million and a half deaths over this Self Portrait dress since the moment I saw it in my Instagram feed a few months ago. I’m not sure for what yet, but I feel certain it was born to be a part of my wedding/pre-wedding festivities arsenal, and know deep down that there is probably a stint of online shopping in my future where I will be weak (and maybe accompanied by a glass or two of something bubbly) and pull the trigger. Time will tell.
And with that on my wish list, readers, my ears perked right up when I heard that Self Portrait was actually launching a line of affordable wedding dresses!

Han Chong, the designer behind Self Portrait, collaborated with Bergdorf Goodman to create the capsule bridal collection, and the line will be available exclusively through the high-end store starting in March. Expect Chong’s signature guipure lace, long sleeves, sexy peeks of skin, off-the-shoulder necklines—all used non-traditionally in the bridal sense—and, perhaps the best part: price tags between $1,000 and $1,500.
You can take a peek at a few of the styles here. Think you might be a Self Portrait bride?
