The AIDS Law Project presents the third-annual “Boo at Bahdeebahdu.”

For its frightful theme and extravagant philanthropy, this week’s LGBTQ event of the week is the AIDS Law Project’s “Boo at Bahdeebahdu”. The lavish costume charity party has two parts: a three-course dinner by David Hall of Joshua’s Catering followed by a spooky dance party. Proceeds from this event will support the AIDS Law Project of Pennsylvania, which cites itself as having “risen to the defense of 41,000 Pennsylvanians with HIV/AIDS and educated more than 35,000 others on AIDS-related legal issues.” Expect a night filled with celebrity guest appearances and performances by Brian Sanders’ JUNK, John Jarboe and Heath Allen of The Bearded Ladies, Gunnar Montana, Miss Finesse Ross and DJ Sharyn Stone. The event begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 28th, at Bahdeebahdu, 1522 North American Street. Tickets
