Meals From The Masters: Philly Chefs Head To Delaware For Charity

This weekend, some of Philly’s best chefs will be part of the 75-chef culinary extravaganza “Meals from the Masters,” a fundraising event benefitting Meals On Wheels Delaware. Now in its fifteenth year, the weekend will include three all-star events: Evening with the Masters, Cellar Masters’ Wine Auction, and the Celebrity Chefs’ Brunch.

Representing the Philadelphia food scene are Monica Glass, pastry chef at Fish, chef Daniel Stern and pastry chef Peter Scarola of R2L, and chef Matthew Ridgway of PorcSalt in Bucks County. Monica Glass will be providing the desserts for the Evening with the Masters, while Stern, Scarola, and Ridgway will participate in the Celebrity Chefs’ Brunch alongside James Beard Foundation winners and various television “cheftestants.”
