The NFL Films crew does good work, week in and week out, and this time around they captured DeMarco Murray shouting out Cowboys plays during the Eagles’ win over Dallas on Sunday night.

In the clip above, from this full video, Murray calls out to Nolan Carroll, who is lined up across from Dez Bryant, and tells him to “watch for the hitch.”

After Thursday’s practice, Murray was asked about the clip.

“I was just trying to help out as much as I can, trying to give those guys some hints and clues,” Murray said. “But they do a good job of scheming and knowing what they’re going to do, so I don’t know if I helped them at all.”

Murray spent four years in Dallas to start his career, playing 53 games in Jason Garrett‘s offense.

Thursday injury report

Jason Peters (back) was the only starter to not fully participate in Thursday’s practice.

Peters was a limited participant, while Josh Andrews (concussion) and Jerome Couplin (shoulder) did not practice.

DeMeco Ryans (hamstring) and Riley Cooper (toe), both of whom were limited in Wednesday’s practice, were full participants on Thursday.

Ryans said Wednesday that he felt he would be ready to play on Sunday against the Dolphins.

Johnson expects to play left tackle Sunday

With Jason Peters still struggling through back problems, Lane Johnson was asked Thursday about his expectations for Sunday’s game against Miami.

“As far as I know, I’m going left [tackle],” Johnson said. “That may change tomorrow. But far as I know, I’m going left.”

Johnson started at left tackle in the Eagles’ win over Dallas, with Dennis Kelly starting in Johnson’s place at right tackle.
