Our first-ever Philly Mag Fitness Contest kicked off on January 25th, and ever since then our four contestants have been working hard to change their bodies, better their lives, and, let’s be honest, win some cool prizes. In the next edition of Healthy Life (sign up here, it’s free!), we’ll share their updated workouts and nutrition plans. In the meantime: root them on and tell us how you’re doing following along at home!
