b) Drinks lots and lots of H20 — preferably with vitamins (planes are bacteria-incubators).
c) Feet swell with altitude: bring slippers …
d) And cash! Most domestic flights make you buy meals and don’t take credit cards. Bonus: much, much better airline food.
