Chris relishes in the relationships and communication needed to coach buyers and sellers through exhilarating seasons of life. His creative negotiation strategies consistently win out multiple offer situations and have garnered him hundreds of beaming clients.
He made a splash with tongue-in-cheek branding, including limited-run merchandise and self-produced rap videos about listings. Last year, SEPTA placed his “Wild Wild Best” ad on dozens of buses; one part of a campaign that featured him dressed as a cowboy. Chris also regularly hosts unique parties to bring together his growing client roster (this summer's will be a skyline yacht cruise!).
